Go to mopro.mo.gov/license/s/login

Click register

Choose individual license

Select No, I want to sign up for a license for the first time 

Click “Click Here”

Once you have inputted all your information, log in

From the home page select apply for  New License

In the search field begin typing Student for barber or cosmetology student

Click apply online

Complete this portion and submit “Approval Request” for this school… Legacy Nail Academy

When you enroll online, you will have to submit a 2x2 passport style photo (solid white/off-white background, color photo, forward facing headshot).

You must complete the registration fee to proceed.

Please submit the school contract and a full or part time contract.

If you are under 17 years old, you must have a guardian sign.
