Step 2: Follow the instructions at the bottom of that form to enroll through Mopro.
Step 3: Click on Pay Now to pay your registration fee.
Step 4: Fill out the School Contract form and the Full Time Contract or the Part Time Contract.

Please check what days you wish to attend. If other, you must be able to come to class 15 hours a week.

$500 Registration fee. This fee is to complete your registration. If you do not pay the regstration fee, enrollment will not be completed. This fee is non refundable.) (This fee is subtracted from the total cost of tuition.)

To enroll:

Go to mopro.mo.gov/license/s/login

Click register

Choose individual license

Select No, I want to sign up for a license for the first time 

Click “Click Here”

Once you have inputted all your information, log in

From the home page select apply for  New License

In the search field begin typing Student for barber or cosmetology student

Click apply online

Complete this portion and submit “Approval Request” for this school… Legacy Nail Academy Or Legacy Nail Academy-Hamilton

When you enroll online, you will have to submit a 2x2 passport style photo (solid white/off-white background, color photo, forward facing headshot).
